Certification of Welding Personnel and Approval of Procedures
Konlit JSC, certifies welding personnel (welders and welding operators) and approves welding procedures. Our services guarantee that all welding work adheres to the highest industry standards, ensuring quality and safety. Certification builds a reputation for reliability and professionalism and promotes continuous improvement and the integration of new technologies in welding.

Welder Certification
Konlit JSC, is a licensed DNV welder examination organization. On behalf of DNV, we provide a welder certification service that ensures the highest quality and safety in welding.
Welding Procedure Approval
In collaboration with DNV, we validate welding procedures according to a broad range of standards, including EN ISO 15614 series, EN ISO 15613, ASME BPVC.IX, and more.
Certification of undertakings
We certify companies to the following standards: EN ISO 3834, EN 1090-1/2, and EN 1090-1/3. Certificates of Conformity are issued by DNV, a recognized and accredited organization, ensuring high quality and reliability.

What is the process for welder certification?
We collaborate with customers to determine the required welder qualifications, plan trial samples for the exam, and arrange the exam location (either at the customer’s site or an independent examination center). The trial samples are welded under expert supervision, and standard-specified tests are conducted. If the test results are positive, a welder’s certificate is issued.
What welding certification standards do you use?
The applicable standards are set out in the relevant sections of our website.
How long does the welder certification process take?
The certificate shall be issued (subject to positive test results) within a maximum of five working days from the date of welding.
Do you provide welding certification services abroad?
Yes, by agreement.
Is your company accredited to provide welding certification services?
DNV Business Assurance B.V. is accredited to provide these services and Konlit JSC is an approved DNV Welding Examination Organisation.
